Fusion is proud to have partnered with Dean Sale and Nigel Harrison to help promote the brand and support even more customers.


2023 sees Fusion enter a huge milestone – 10 years in business, and for me personally 25 years in the industry. I’m really proud of what we’ve achieved to date with our extremely high retention rate, our first class customer service and our ever growing team of fantastic, friendly professionals.

We enable our customers to work from anywhere by helping them utilise the power of communications technology. We advise them on how to do this in the most cost effective manner without sacrificing on service or quality.

To further accelerate our growth, I’m delighted to be welcoming two industry legends to the team as Brand Ambassadors to add yet further experience and excellence to Fusion. I worked with Nigel as his Sales & Marketing Director at Phonebox Communications which we built into a highly reputable business from 1998 until the sale of that business in 2012. You could say he taught me everything I know about telecoms (but let’s not tell him that!). Dean – I’ve known for years, and was a friendly competitor of ours at Voice Mobile. Their combined passion, knowledge and experience will only help enhance our offering, and I look forward to working with them both as we enter out next 10 years as a business.

With over 30 years of experience in Telecoms, Dean brings his passion for sales to the Fusion team. As Co-Founder and Sales Director of Voice Mobile, Dean led a team that won numerous industry awards and was also featured in THE SUNDAY TIMES Fast Track 100 (2009) as the 90th fastest growing company in the UK. Dean sold his business (for 7-figures) in 2018 to pursue new interests and achieve new goals.

Nigel’s foray into the wonderful world of telecommunications began in 1987 when he joined the Mobilefone Group in Birmingham, then one of a handful of mainly two-way radio companies that had the foresight to become embroiled in the disruptor of its day, the mobile phone.

Nigel went on, with his wife Donna, to found Phonebox in 1994, firstly rolling out a chain of stores around the Midlands before changing strategy in early 2000 to become a pure B2B supplier with strong links to all the major networks. Accolades followed but the greatest triumph was in becoming one of only two companies nationwide to achieve the top tier status with both EE as Strategic Partner and with Vodafone as a Platinum Partner.
