150 year old Air Management experts – Mansfield Pollard – have placed the trust of their mobile estate in the hands of mobile communications company – Fusion Business Communications. For the past four years, our relationship together has gone from strength to strength, with thanks to our industry leading support and guidance, as well as our top-tier access to MyPlan the industry-disrupting telecoms platform which is used to support its mobile users across the business.

The team at Mansfield Pollard were introduced to the MyPlan platform by Fusion whilst looking to replace their current mobile telecoms provider in 2019. MyPlan allows end users to connect, configure and control all of their estate through one simple, live and intuitive platform giving the business themselves real-time information on how their users are utilising their mobile phones. The features in MyPlan are endless and unique, and Neil and the team at Mansfield Pollard saw the infinite possibilities this solution offers – such as complete and live visibility, spending caps and usage alerts to control and stop overspend, group profiles to enable different groups of users to have their own unique configuration – and so many more!

Neil Etherington, the IT Manager at Mansfield Pollard said – “We have worked with Fusion Communications for a number of years now. We enjoy a great working relationship and we’ve recently renewed our mobile contract again because of their first class support and ability to provide a bespoke solution we couldn’t find anywhere else.”

Aaron Spry, Director of Sales of Fusion Communications, said: “The benefits of making the switch to an industry disrupting platform like MyPlan have become even more apparent since the pandemic, as it provides businesses with far more information than they’ve ever had before allowing them to not only control what users can do, but also gives an insight into how they’re doing it – taking the conversation around savings beyond the simple cost of the tariff – it gives insight into the productivity of users too, whilst also allowing day to day functions to be completed quickly and efficiently and, more importantly, in real time.”

Neil continued “Each time we have renewed with Fusion, they have ensured they provide us with a service that continually provides value, a growing level of control and an evergrowing service that is bespoke and uniquely quoted to us. This is not a pre-boxed deal – this is an entirely customer-first proposal, designed from top to bottom to provide businesses with a solution that suits them.”

Established in 2013, Fusion Communications manages the communications for 300 SME, Medium and Large Enterprises, including Midlands Air Ambulance, Birmingham Royal Ballet, Westland Horticulture, RoSPA and APC Technology Group PLC.

The business offers a variety of communications solutions, including business mobiles, hosted and unified communications, fixed line and secure device management.
